We've designed this kit to be a direct bolt on with no fabrication required. Kits include our high performance internally runnered manifolds, stainless steel Vortex 4 risers, and all necessary installation hardware. This is a direct Mercruiser replacement for 496 Mag and HO engines. 2005 and later 496HO applications will also require an upgraded fuel pressure regulator part number EX-2010.
