The Diplomat, the 135 foot spectator boat
had only 25 people on it. Get the word out
more better!

No Booze in the pits F-
No BBQs in the pits F-
Boat count C
Battles in classes D+
People and Hospitality A+
Atmosphere B
Spectators C
Driving time from home to watch race 20 minutes A++++
Average Score C
I was also upset that I didnt see the Hottie Park Ranger this year
Comments.....Need More publicity and Promotion to draw the crowds
So many locals had no clue there was a race
And the NY side(Chelsea Piers) was empty.
Most people I spoke to were takin by surprise that the race was on saturday. Not realizing 9-11 memorial services were on Sunday.
No bad mouthing ...just constructive critsizm
