Ok I gree with e_colby was on it, but speedgirl's avitar had me cornfused

this could splain it = could be a 6 volt positive ground what year was it ?

Ecolby was right on the loose ground, but speedy was right on the location of it, send each of em 25 bucks and everyone is happy.

and I was right on the loose wire, ground or not. The battery switch people are running at least 3rd or 4th place now

Almost the same thing happened to me, i started flipping the cabin power switch on the dash back and forth and everything started working again. I would check out that cabin power switch, might have some corrosion in it.
