3M's Vinlyester Premium Marine filler. Great stuff and is good for under water repairs. Applys easy and sands well.
boatfix.com has it in pints. (part # mmm46004)

There really are no paints that will survive under water for extended periods. Awlgrip is the best you can use and even thats not recomended below waterline.
Honestly you might be better off trying to restore the gel thats on the bottom of the boat now.

Is that you Artie?

you (sneaky) trouble maker

havnt used P77 but i will pretty soon here. That 3M's vinylester is some sweet sanding stuff. You need to give it a try before ya knock it. I do like AdTechs Ultrafair to, thats some really nice stuff.

The problen is i already have tried it and have found P77 to be a better product and can be used on anything including Kevlar , Epoxy above and below the water line and seem's to be more durable .
