Honestly do not know anything about the Billet lowers.
My guess would be if they have internals comparable to these you will be paying a lot more money.

Would you consider trades on your drives ? I have two hp500's, used, running, complete with carbs, less manifolds and fuel pumps. I also have 4 CMI transom mount sound eliminator mufflers.
Just asking.
