Good news / bad news
Good news:
The DVD's are out and likely delivered.
Bad News:
The USPS is saying that postage is due for some of these. We have received a few reports that recipients had to pay a buck to pick up the DVD. Not everyone is seeing this, only a few.
What is frustrating, the DVD's were taken to the post office to be mailed and the post office clerk selected the correct postage. We did not just slap a stamp on the envelope and drop it in a box.
If you are one of the folks that had to pay postage, please accept our apology! I don't know what we could have done different. You'd think the post office would have set the correct postage.
We weighed them on the machine and it called for $1.50 and that's what it put. It cost us $60 to mail 40 of fhem.
