Thanks! This is the type of input I'm looking for. Lazy Days looks like a good place for me. Is the lake hard to navigate? Do I need to worry shallow areas, etc?

Gary - What is PB2? What time do people leave party cove and head to the bars?

PB2 is the boat ramp about 2 miles down the Grand Glaize arm, halfway to PC on that arm. It's a huge ramp.
Easy to navigate but it can be hard to find places in deeper coves. No shallow areas or wing dams to worry about at all. (Boating for dummies).
PC until about 6. Dinner at one of the on the water restaraunts, then to the hotel to clean up, then out for the night.
It's kind of a rut doing the same thing every weekend. But it's a great rut to be in.

BTW,
Stay out of Eclipse and GQ. That damn body glitter is like radioactive waste. Once it gets on you or in your boat, you cant get rid of it.
And try explaining all that glitter in your shorts to your wife.

Thanks for all the info. What about women should I bring my own or is there enough to go around?

Typically, what is the boating season length?

rerun,
It's always a good idea to bring extra women and fenders to LOTO.
Kaama,
It's VERY busy from Memorial to Labor day. The number of boats drops by 1/2 before or after that time. I start in early April and generally put it way at the end of Oct. But a lot of the restaraunts and bars on the lake close during the off season.
