i run mine with a pair of hydros 14 3/4 26s at 6200 rpm 72.6 i had it at 75.6 whan the props were 15 1/2 26 with a pair of 200 promax offshores on a 2001 step bottom

yes he is probaly right. but in the rough the boat wants to shoot to the sky. the hydros keeep the boat nice and straight in the rough just depends what kind of boating your doing good luck
