I think I may have a few photos of the boat;I will try to find them.I raced in a 26ft Corsa in A-Class when Hyperactive was racing in the US Offshore Factory Class.What kind of power are you going with?I have a 22ft Velocity with a slighty modified 2.4 200HP.

I do have an interest in the SOB style boats. The small splash well on your boat is what I like. I really can't see why the manufacturers (Tuff, Intimidator, Superboat) are incorporating this feature (large splash well) in these size boats if a setback is being used. Seems like wasted space. Maybe I am missing something. The gas tank is probably aluminum. That would be a good question for the boys over at S&F.

The true test for SOB racing will be this year down at Patchogue. OPA has made it very affordable to participate in that event. I think SOB is true entry level racing.
I would like to see some more pics of the Hyper Active.

Nice pic! I am told the boat won a world or national title back in the early/mid '90's anyone know? I would like to get a 2.4 or 2.5 on the boat eventually.
