27 Activator ob to io

I just picked up a 1989 27 Activator w twin 200's that needs int, paint
up-dating etc. . I have been thinking about converting this boat to an inboard as I see the inboards bring more money on resale and I also have all the parts to build a couple of big inch motors. I would just need the drive and gimble . Has any one done this on one of these .

Do you guys think its worth converting it , or rebuilding the outboards and pumping them up to 245 's . and doing the rest of the up dating.

I will be doing all of the work .

Tom
