Activator 40

Who knows the story. I know of white lightning and one other one that was an Activator and hull was stolen/name changed or some sh1t. Any others? How are they and how do they handle? Staggered set up? Speeds? Twin Step? 6s?

I forgot your screen name. Thanks for posting.... so what is the deal with your boat? Is it the only one or is there another one? I know there is one that is racing now that isnt called an activator but it is. Are there any other pleasure 40s out there? How is yours made.. sit down?... cabin? pics?
There is another called white lightning or is that yours?

I believe White Lightning has bolsters, non staggered MRD motors and #6's. The owner put a lot of the interior/cabin together himself. I think its set up pretty simple.

THIS WAS POSTED BY BILL FRENZ Yeah, that "White Lightning" is a trick Rig! It belongs to John Ruggieri, the world's Fastest Plumber. It is a 40' Activator with twin 632/1200 HP's with #6's. We assisted in a "man-over-board" at the start and gave everybody a 10 minute lead...then ran 90 MPH over the rough to Bridgeport...catching a few boats I might add. We ran 109 MPH in the flat water going into/out of Cold Spring Harbor...with a real V-bottom that weighs 14,000 lbs.
Dolfin Cove would make a nice host/headquarters someday for an event. We'll keep in touch...let me know his progress.
See ya' all at the Brunch Run, Oct 14th.
