We are booked, room is ordered...I even got a pair of shorty shorts so my buddy Jay wouldn't feel so bad.

As you know we are good on slips at the Key West City Marina where we stayed last year. I would recommend any of the hotels but the La Concha is closest to the action. They still have rooms as of today.
