Here is the new ride for the ride. I ordered a Myco last week and then I saw McClain's C-Channel Premium trailer. I cancelled the Myco since McClain’s factory is in Houston and the trailer is roughly 2K less with better hardware. The finish is a lot cleaner and the sides are not welded. They are bent. They also use 8 inch cross members versus 6 inch. They also found rims that match my 08 King Ranch. The forum is slow so I thought I would share.

I have a McClain I-beam trailer, and its better than any other I-beam trailer I have found.
Two tips:
1) Make sure they look at and measure how the wheels/tire center into the teardrops in the fenders when the weight of the boat is on it. Torsion axles will actually rotate the wheels back slightly as they compress with normal suspended weight. Problem is on a tight turn, the teardrops can come in contact with the side of the tread on the tires. I had to widen the teardrop openings on my trailer to alleviate this.
2) Take the stickers off the trailer right away. As your trailer unfortunately starts to oxidize a bit due to salt water dipping over time, the stickers will also start to peal. As such, you will have non-oxidized outlines of the stickers/letters where the adhesive from the stickers has preserved the aluminum. If they want to advertise there work, have them put another plastic logo license plate on the back or something.
Also, Todd had the lights wired as such that two of the side marker lights roughly halfway between the fenders and the hitch are turn signals, not running lights. They definitely help attract attention when trying to change lanes; especially when cars beside you are mesmerized by looking at the boat.
Those back-up lights on the trailer are awesome.

Thanks guys! I really like their product. I have been nothing but impressed from the first time I saw it under a Donzi two weeks ago next to a Cig Top Gun on a Myco. I think the most amazing thing about the build is that they did a ton of due diligence on the boat. They weighed it, and figure out where the boat carried the biggest pockets of weight and set the cross members based on the information they obtained. I liked their approach and level of detail. They should be done early next week. I will update some pics then.
I don’t think I know how to post larger jpeg's. The pictures were originally 1.8 to 2.0 MB each. When I convert them through ofoto they only come in this size. Can you help here?
I was pulling on a Nextrail. I is a standard I beam bolt together trailer. It was what Dan ordered for the boat per Pat. It was like a lipstick on a pig or a pair of tennis shoes with a tux. C-channels are awesome.

Here's the link and directions for the image resizer from Microsoft. It's very easy to use and you can make any pictures larger or smaller by right clicking on the jpg file.
