Great Weekend for me as well!!!!
Arrived at the OCD compound on Friday. SL and K joined us Saturday morning. My parents, having never seen Remedy in person were blown away!! Living on a point all you hear is a roar coming out of no where (quite illegal on my lake) , then this beatiful boat comes flying in front of the house. To quote my Father "HOLY SWEET Explitive Explitive Explitive" LOL
We spend a great day at the Naswa Beach Bar (closest thing to Hooters on the water) Then we have a great dock party Sat. night.. I think after a couple Captn's for SL and Jack's for me we even called of few of you in the cult to say hi. (Great talking to you Rich as well!!)
Sunday, SL took my Dad, mom and friend out for a ride... Wind was kickin and we had 2-4 foot rollers... Boat was riding like a dream, however the parents, having never been in a boat like that were quite scared... SL did punch it up for them in the calmer water and they haven't stopped talking about it since. Later on Sunday was my son Sam's First B-day Party which was great.
Monday we had another awesome day. Wind again was kicking and without my parents in the boat SL took my wife (her first time out) and I for another awesome ride.... She was a bit nervous because all 95lbs of her thought she was going to get tossed, but she loved the boat. And after a quick talk with the local authorities SL was able to talk our way out of a few violations we returned to the dock with a perma-grin.
All in all just wanted to say AWESOME labor day weekend. Something I will never forget!! Thanks Again to SL and K.... Wish we could do it all over again!
now time to get to work and back to reality!
