    never enough

On a never ending quest for speed, can imperfections in the bottom of the hull ie rocker/hook be taken up with gel cote alone? I did a test sample of 2" of gel and it is rock solid, unlike resin with out the mat.

while repairing transom where some ahole kicked off the swim platform. I had put a 6' strait edge to find a slight hook on either side of the keel. I dont know if it will make a difference yet, OCDing a bit. I still have to finish the external hydrolic steering before I get her wet
