Even fixed right and nice boat will still have a history which will hurt value as guys spending 70+k are going to be very picky and suspicous of any repairs or work even done right, imo, Smitty

If I was in the market I would sell the two KE powerplants, take the money and invest in two stock 525 efi's and use any balance of funds leftover to clean up the interior and go boating!!!

Not sure you will get much for those KE engines especially if one is hurt. You will end up paying more for the 525s.

What balance of funds?????????? Even if the 675's were 100% freshened by a well known engine builder, they would be worth maybe the same as Merc 525's.
They are not fresh at all. One hurt bad and the other prob needs to be gone through??? They are might be worth 10k as is.

Sorta what i was thinking, 525s pull 25,000 a pair for ones close to needing refreshing, be better off building the kes, nothing "magic" about them that cant be repaired or replaced

Contrary to popular belief, thsee boats do have wood in them - I have pics to prove . I bought one that went under. Bulkhead was wood and completely rotted, so was the floor. And this was a 2006 so I'd imagine all the stepped avh hulls are like this too. Anyways, I know nothing of this 2002, but have definitely seen it for sale a few times and it looks to need work.

I was curious to see if someone was going to get this boat and bring it back to life...
