I don't have a 34, but on my 32 Victory I tried both ways. When I first got the boat I thought it was kinda wierd that the shifters were backwards, so I switched from spinning out to in. Boat didn't feel right so I switched back. Have them turning out now.

The boat has very little bow rise since the cockpit is so far forward in the 32. I found that by spinning in, I lost a few mph at WOT. I'm spinning 28s and my holeshot is great. If I needed a little more though, I would probably spin them in. I was told it won't hurt either way, more or less preference. If I am wrong though, I would sure like to know.
