American Offshore NSX

Re: American Offshore NSX
I have. My buddy has a 25 Daytona and I had a 26 A/O. The A/o rides smoother, handles much bigger water, turns better. I beleive the A/O is lighter due to the balsa construction instead of plywood floors. The center pod in the Eliminator is flat which can slap the water pretty good at times. The A/O's is a V center pod. I would never buy a Daytona for it's name, but many do. A/O has been one of the most copied bottoms in cat history, originally Talon. Even Eliminator uses it on thier deck boat.

Re: American Offshore NSX
I just bought a 99 NSX. I couldnt believe how it handled, especially, especially in chop. Ive rode on a 28' magic deck boat and thought that thing rode rough. I was expecting, because of the size difference that the AO would ride rougher. NO WAY. Its like driving a slot car!!

Decided on a 2002 AO. 598 Lingenfelter N/A with Teague Platinum outdrive. She is the first and last Millenium Yellow kevlar with a Vincent Custom paints graphics. She was built to "Win" Lotto shootout and was told she accomplished that in 2002 in her class. She belted out a 119 pass. Your right Fasterdamitt.........they do ride nicer than a Daytona. Whatcha guys think of her?
