NSX Ski Boat?
Has anyone ever tried to water ski behind their 26? I saw an AO 26 for sell with a ski eye and tubular swim platform, maybe there is hope. Even though the hull was designed for speed at WOT, theoretically the lack of weight (3580lbs) and drag should make a relatively small wake. Are the x-dimensions and tall props a problem with planing? Some people say there is no such thing as a dumb question, maybe this is the exception.

Re: NSX Ski Boat?
Rob,
I don't think you'd have a problem, unless you had to have a 110+ boat. Even then, you could use a smaller prop so the engine rpm were up a little more than idle at skiing speeds... most of these boats plane very well, they don't have an over aggressive x and I think it could work well, It's no ski natique but ... you dont see one of those running over 50 either.
