Thanks Lucy. It took my husband almost a month to talk me into looking at the Apache. We already sold an '88 and this was an '89 and I wasn't interested in an "older boat."

So, I ate my words.....I was wrong.....older, in this case, is better! I can't see us ever selling this boat. Rob only dreamed of owning an Apache....still hard to believe we own one today. I am sold 100%.

Honestly, I like the cooler/sink area below the top because I can store stuff in there and it's not bouncing around below in the cabin while we're running.

In addition to the wet bar, you will also find an Indian head dress, bow and arrow (suction cup of course), Indian Pumpkin Seeds, Candy Corn, Squaw necklace, a mini-drum.....our friends......where would we be without them LOL!
somebody should get you a dreamcather hanging in the Cabin....

I have a cheif's breast plate and an eagle feathered head dress my grandfather made years ago as a boy. My sister the ***** has them and wont give them up. Want to hang them in my boat.
Shoud mention my grandfather introduced me to boating. A pic of my first comand. At the time of this pic my grandfather was blind. He built the 27 foot boat I am at the wheel of. There are pics of me at the wheel in diapers. But at the age seen here I begining piloting the boat with him around PIB out of the Vermilion Yacht Club of which both my grandparents were founding fathers.

Cool pic! Sounds like you have fond memories of your grandfather.
