I had an 89 41 (War Party) with the side by side set up & #3's; IMO, unless you're an idiot that doesn't know how to run the thing, the #4's will last - just don't plan on runnin' 1000hp through them and expect them to last in a 5+ foot sea. As far as the full cabin with a short stagger - its likely a great combo; its all about the CG; With that said, I don't recall seeing a full stagger 41 with a full cabin - again, due to it likely moving the CG too far forward. I wouldn't be opposed to a short stagger (easier to work on than the side by side) with a cabin (if you want a cabin). If a cabin isn't of importance - go for it and do the center helm full stagger - no better combo (other than the 47.) Oh yeah, I've run both. Just my two cents worth.

Mario's boat was called Heart Racer and was light Carbon Kevlar layup. It did have 502/Littlefield blowers and XR drives. Looks very similar even has the red seat stripe but you enter the cabin on Starboard not Port. Used to be in Michigan I believe. Layout very simlar to Tatonka, one of the few. It was called a 40 for some reason.

Thinking about this Apache the other day.... where has this boat been for two/three years ? What kind of condition is it in and where does it run most of the time. Loved this layout; both with partial staggered engines and cockpit. just curious.... would love to see current pictures!
