Man everyone is saying it's rough. I'm getting updated photos this evening to see... Does anyone know if this guy had it redone? Because the pics I'm seeing and the Pop yacht video that was added only last year look pretty mint. Can anyone speak for seeing/hearing it run

Ill give my 2cents its rough but if the price is rite and you want a 36 there is not a lot to chose from.

I recall it appearing rough when it was listed years ago after sitting outside. With that said it is a 36' apache for $54k. There are several other 36's for sale at the moment but not nearly that cheap. I would get moisture readings and survey, cheap insurance and you know its sound structure wise. I have a 95 with 540's and bravos and in a couple weeks I will be at 9 years of ownership and over 500 hrs I have put on it and I am as happy with the boat today as the day I got it.
