Since mine have been painted before I bought it Im having a hard time reading the hull id... any good way to scratch it out or i sit sitting somewhere else in the boat..I bought it form Ibiza Island, it used to be red,kind of pink cloured dask board, big power ,exhaust over the rub rail. has this big arm rest in the sofa in the cockpit?? anybody know something,,bought it back in 2005 no driveline..might have had merc 800 sc

Look into how people read tombstones that are worn out. They use cheap/very thin tinfoil and brushes to get a much easier to read imprint. I see many in this area do this as we have some super old family burial sites w/ tombstones that are heavily weathered.
