Re: New Line of McManus Apaches 30'-50'
Just to clarify....the "other" Apache is gone? Is this a new, joint effort, or is it a new "McManus" Apache? This ISN'T the Apache we've seen in the ads? Can anyone cut to the chase on the situation please?
The Lauderdale boat was awesome. These are those boats, right?

So reading this and actually SEEING a boat finished, does this mean the Thad Allen Apache is dissolved completely?
I drove by the Delray facility and they are out of there, building is being renovated and turned into some sort of 3-4 store strip mall thing and being panted one UGLY ass yellow color.
Can see it from 95 as well.
If he did go under, what happened to the deck and hull mold of the 41?
That HAS to be worth some coin!

Re: New Line of McManus Apaches 30'-50'
yeah but it was freakin SCHWEET!
did not care for the back end of it, Steve Wilson hosed that up pretty good. BUT the whole rest of it was pretty cool.
So my question still stands, Are they POOFED or no?
And to whomever stated that they would go under another name, NAH, Dont think in my opinion that they would ever survive under another name.
would any of you spend that kind of money on brand XXX?
Most boat companies have their niche these days. Apache has their niche, was just in need of revival.
I know Allen finished the molds and all but as far as I know never ever laid a stich of glass in them.
Well in this rough market I wish Mr McManus the best of luck!

Re: New Line of McManus Apaches 30'-50'
Mark,
I am very interested in the 38 Apache Winnow.
What is timing on first production?
I love to see one rigged with all the goodies, gaffrig gauges, marine machine controls, nice racing style bolsters, wild paint. Don't bring the fishing poles!
What is the beam?
Is triples the max power?
Target price?
