Katabatic

Has anyone heard of tilting the engines in a twin installation to get their centers closer. Re-powered a Hustler with in-line ASD 6s but due to the new exhaust set up the engines couldn't be replaced in their old positions. Originally they were on 30 1/2" centers they are now on 32" centers. In an effort to keep prop center lines were they were my rigger suggested tilting the engines outboard to move the props back in to-wards centerline of the hull. There is no room to stagger the engines and skewing them is not an option because of real short drive shafts (4").
