Default Finally Need Break In Advice

I think my motors might be ready to light this weekend and I want to know how to break them in. Stock 454mag bottom with no changes and added Brodix custom ported aluminum heads, cam motion roller cams, crane roller lifters, roller rockers, Dana headers, Weiand 177 blower with a Quick Fuel boost referenced and modified single carbs , boost should be 5 lbs., MSD ignition going to set a 30 deg total advance.
Since the bottom is already broken in how do I break this in? What kind of oil, do I need to use regular oil or do I go right for the synthetic from the start?
Advice is appreciated, I will post pictures as soon as I can. Hopefully all will go well.

I just did basically the same thing but on a small block. I used Trick Flow aluminum heads and they said easy for 2 hours. Best to call Brodix and ask how they want you the run in the heads. Don't forget to check your rocker arm geometry to make sure the push rods are the correct length.

Good idea to call Brodix, I custom measured the pushrod length during the build so I should be alright there shouldn't I. How about, what kind of oil? Any other ideas? Thanks

Trick Flow said to use non synthetic for the first hours before switching to synthetic so the oil you normally use should be OK unless its Syn. When I do a complete rebuild I break in on 30 Wt. non detergent.
