Betty's toy
Betty bought this about 6 years ago. Her brother had a Nova when she was growing up and she always wanted one. Not that I needed another project I told her I would build it if she helped. It's been a slow project gutted all the way to the frame and then back up and about 98% complete. It came with 396-350 hp. Not an original big block car because it's a 1971, 4 speed, 9" Ford I had Moser put a 356 gear in. Headers, MSD, aluminum high rise, 780 Holley. 7" rally's on the front 8" on the back. We had it out playing the other day for the first time in about 4 years and it put a smile on her face. Now I got enough brownie points I can start the winter projects on my toy.

My God...if I ever gave Michelle something with 390 horsepower...I shudder to think... She holds the record for biggest launch ever by our Powerquest, and she only drove it a few times! And then there's the speeding tickets...many, many speeding tickets. Though she's been good for over a year now, knock wood.
Killer car Betty...lay some rubber on all those back roads you guys have!
