Removing Registration Stickers
What is the best way to remove the registration stickers from the hull without scarring it up? Is there a solvent to be used?

Re: Removing Registration Stickers
There is a wheel which can be mounted in a drill to rub the stickers off. This is a link to the first one I found: http://www.signwarehouse.com/TT-VR-p-HT-STPRPL.html
3m adhesive remover in the red and white can will take off the adhesive. It does not damage the gel. It's also one of the few products that will remove 5200.

I've used heat gun and a plastic scrapper and the wheel. Both work fine. Heat gun method will require solvent to remove flue

Re: Removing Registration Stickers
Since some idiot bureaucrat in NC decided to use paper stickers it's much easier. Just run your boat in salt water for a week and it will remove itself!

The stickers that the Florida DMV uses are easy to remove. I get a finger nail under a corner and off it comes. No muss, no fuss, no residue.
To remove the glue residue I found that Goof Off is the best product.
