Default Spinning in or out

Has anyone tried spinning your props in? Iknow most spin out, what type of a difference does it make? more speed less control true??

I'm running a center console (heavy) and have been told it may benefit me a s I need 3/4 trim to attain full speed, told it would create natural bowlift and I may gain a few MPH, anyone have some real world expierience for me??

I don't have a heavy boat, however, I turn my props inward to create more stern lift. I already have a lot of bow lift. Not as user friendly, but better speed.
