Default Vacuum Leak

Ive got a 502mpi with a procharger and I just replaced the camshaft. Its all back together and it breaks up pretty bad at low speeds and the EGT's are too high. Im thinking theres a vacuum leak and its going into full rich mode. It was on a scanner and no codes came up. My gauge reads 10" of vacuum at idle and when I bring the rpms up the vacuum will increase up to 20-25 or so then start to drop as I accelarate. The motor does clean up at higher rpms. Does anyone have any ideas where the leak could be? Compression test is OK so I believe I did all the valves right. If one was off enough to cause a leak I would think I could tell in the test? Hoses are all on and gaskets are all new, upper and lower intakes. Could it be an intake valve?
