Would this be enough lift?
It's a Formuls F402sr1 1984. Is a 12,500lb lift enought for this boat? Have gotten conflicting info. Formula says 9500lb dry, but is this real?
Thanks
Thanks

Get a minimum of a 15K or an 18K lift.

Re: Would this be enough lift?
I have a '97 straight hull 38 Top Gun. It's a HEAVY boat but I'm guessing yours a little heavier. I have a 12500 lb lift. It is right on the edge. With full fuel, I have a hard time lifting the boat up real high as the wire spool gets bigger. I would think you should go for the 15,000 lb lift.

Can you pull the boat over a scale?
If the lift will be enough or not depends on how conservative the manufacturer is with their numbers.
