Default Bilge Cleaner

I am looking for suggestions on the best bilge cleaner for removing oil. I had leaks in my drive oil reservoirs that have left oil marks streaking down the inside of the transom. I need to get this clean but can not really get back to scrub. Is there anything that can spray on and rinse off that will do a good job? Thanks

HOT water and Simple Green in a bug sprayer.
Chase it with plain water when you're done.

Dawn or Palmolive soap --- specifically states "to cut grease". It has always worked great for me and is easy on the plastic parts (bilge pump etc....).
