Default Fuel pump mounted on seawater pump - leaking solutions???

I have the latest version of the mechanical fuel pump that is mounted on the seawater pump.

I took it off last night and was surprised (again) to find fuel mixed in with the oil. This latest version was supposed to remedy that - guess not.

Has anyone figured out a way to keep the fuel out of the oil?
Can you buy just the lower base section or re-place the rubber diaphram on the base???

so now for the real question.... why not just install a holley blue or red pump or other 90-100 gph electric pump the mechanicals driven that hard (fast RPM) fail more often with respect to the diaphram and related components than their cam driven counterparts. Electrics with a ignition circut mounted relay controlled power circut is much more reliable and easier to operate, also allows for turn key starts even if the hull sits over a winter or other season of non useage for what ever reason

Do you need to install any additional regulator with these Holley pumps or is it a direct replace for the pulley pump?

Pismo,
A Holley HLY-12-454-13 diaphram assembly screws right on to the armature assembly of the Merc pump.

I am upgrading to the Keith Eikert pumps that are a direct bolt on. However the diaphram in the Merc base still lets fuel into the oil reservoir of the seawater pump.
How to stop that?
