Default Thru Hull Fitting.. Do they make one that goes the other way?

My single engine Bravo set up has the thru hull fitting that points to starboard and from there it goes to the water pump. Today I installed a strainer but the engine bay seems cluttered on the starboard side with the drive trim pump being there as well. I didn't screw the strainer down yet. Do they make a fitting that points to port so I can mount the strainer on the port side? Then I'd just run the hose from outlet of the strainer under the oil pan to the water pump.
