Diversey Harbor Decision
Summer at Northpoint was good. Lots of lunches in Racine. What to do next year? Its pretty much a toss up right now, but if someone wanted to influence my decision, they would probably be able to lock themselves up a 50 foot slip on G dock for summer '08 for $8,000. First come, first served. In God we trust, all others pay CASH.

Bob, if the water level gets any lower in the lake, where your dock space is, you will have to dredge the slip space to get a wave runner into it.

I'm moving down a few slips to the east. The good news is that if the lake goes down another two feet, they'll be able to let sailboats into the harbor.
A 23 Wellcraft with a couple of wave runners or a Zodiac in that slip would work great
