Hey jay - its neil was with Dan the day you had it out.

Anyways, check the basics first - fuel, timing, etc. That motor should be making more than enough to break that prop loose. Also, check for bad gas. Revs fine in neutral but really struggled to make power underload. overcarbed maybe?

I have a 26 awesome it now runs 115mph 968hp. When i first got it 8years ago i put a 520hp motor in it and it had a hard time comming on plane. the motor had no low end torque the prop will not blow out comming on plane it`s the way it is with a full tunnel cat (no center pod) single engine. Your motor is weak.

Have you figured out the problem with your 26 ft yet?

We have a 26 ft for sale and have gone through it, it runs great.
