Gen 6 454 Buildup - Alum Heads/Intake/Cam
Contemplating taking a Gen 6 merCruiser 7.4L Bravo 300HP short block, which is a stock 8.0:1 compression engine, and putting a set of Brodix "Big Brodie" aluminum heads and an Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum intake, with a Holley 850 carb onto it. I'm also considering swapping the camshaft to a Comp 280AH-10. Basically sistering two engines together to make one.

it all depends on what brodix head your talking about!(they
ALL say "big brodie" under the v.c.! if their, BB-1's, BB-2's
or BB-2+, go for it!--if not, there probably too big (I'm assuming this is an I/O app.) as for COMP CAMS, I personally
don't like the stuff, don't run them, so I don't know the grind
your refering to.
