Default Sea Pump Nose Housing Rebuild

Does anyone have the shop manual page or instruction or tips on how to rebuild the sea pump nose housing? I notice grease was leaking out behind the pulley so I pulled it off to rebuild. I plan on replacing both bearings, seals, and retaining ring.

Thanks in advance,

Mike

I was told by the Merc dealers they are not serviceable.
But that didnt stop me. I found all for the parts at Bearings inc.
I have a fresh one on the shelf.
any questions you could call me at 414-581-4300

They are rebuildable. Do about 6 to 8 a year. All part are available from Mercury. But it is alot cheaper to out source them. Pete
