5% and 10% Insurance Discount Links
Some carriers offer 5% - 10% discounts for taking boaters safety courses. Here is a link to several places to save money on your insurance. For those of you who pay thousands a year for insurance... this is well worth your time!
This free course just saved one of our CAT clients $400 a year off his insurance. Great news is... is a discount that once given... isn't taken away at renewal, it stays on the policy.

boater education requirements for most operators for the following states:

You are right...several carriers do give a 10% discount for having either the US Power Squadron Course Certificate or the US Coast Guard Certificate....
