Default 496 crankshaft balancer bolt size

Replacing the crankshaft pulley and the stainless allen bolts broke off in the balancer. No room to drill out the bolts in the boat so need to remove the balancer. Anyone know the socket size (metric)needed to remove the balancer bolt?

Thanks,
Keith

Thanks! That's what I thought but the largest I had last night was a 22mm and wanted to make sure before I go back at it tonight!

Sounds pretty normal. My 496 OP reads around 40 at WOT (5000 rpms) according to the gauge. It is actually running 50+ When verified with my Diacom software.
