Default Transom Assembly Help

Here's my situation: Boat began to overheat the other day. Long story short, I found out it was the intake hose in the transom assembly. Unfortunately while takeing the two 7/16 bolts out to remove the neck, I broke one of the bolts. (Obviously hasn't ever been replaced). Only way at this point to get the broken bolt out is to remove the motor and tap it out. Since the Transom assembly has some time on it, should I just replace the assembly when the motor is out? Or is there a way that I can plug that hole and install a transom mount pick up? I can get by with the assembly as is (minus water intake), but the last thing I want to do is to pay to pull the motor and have another part of the assembly go bad soon and have to pull the motor again.

Does anyone have a good bravo transom assembly that they wanna part with at a reasonable price? This may help me decide what I'm gonna do.
