Default Anchor and windlass

What is the anchor and windlass on the new 40 foot Formula Yachts? Does it work well for holding and ease of use and is it stable at speed in the pulpit? I want to change my 47 Fountain to a windlass for ease of use but I want a stable setup.

I can look at it next time I go down the pier and see what Brand it is if that helps...
