Default Polishing Keith Eickart Exhaust

Going to buy Keith Eickart Alluminium Exhaust Headers.

They only come in black. I see alot of pics people have had them polished. How many hours to polish each manifold from start & any tips ? Also how did you remove the Black Powder coat or Annodising ?

I gather it will take a while but worth it in the end..

Also any gains, Im hoping a few mph over my old powerflows.

thanks.

I just had mine powder coated... they called me during bead blasting to tell me they're having trouble getting it all back to metal. ie they wanted more money. He said they spent 30 minutes hand blasting one head. Polishing would cost a small fortune.

Xtreme chrome matches the polished aluminum valve covers pretty good!

Yes, the extreme chrome powder looks damn good at first, but if you rub it with greezy hands it fades fast. You can clear it and it looks just as good but wont smudge (at 1.75x the price)
