choke problem ( I think )
After start and warming up some one engines choke plate opens fully.
The other stays mostly closed, appx. 1/8 inch open. These are electric chokes on webers on 7.4L mercruisers.
I'd like to disconnect them. What is the best way please, I really need to use this boat, it's 80 degrees in Michigan in May !!!!!!
Thanks for the help,
ed

The linkage work very easy, I can mave everything with very little pressure and everything returns. Removed and cleaned the wires from thier terminals are re-installed them.
Is there a electrical check I can make at the terminals ?

You should have 12 volts at the positive wire when the key is on. If you want..do as Mrfixxall says, or disconnect the wires..tape them up (seperately) and zip tie the linkage open.
