Ken,
Get rid of it and update to a GPS speedo, more accurate, no drag and you don't have to worry about bending pick up tubes when putting on the trailer or lift. I've got a small bundle of bent ones from LMARTH the previous owner and I've bent 2 so far. I am currently swapping over to a GPS speedo, it plugs into my GPS so you don't have to run a separate GPS receiver on the deck.
Can you show us some pics of that 50?
Thanks,
DICDIK

Ken,
Nice looking boat or is it classified as ship at that level, haha. I updated to the GPS speedo and the rest of the gauges while upgrading my dash it should be done in a couple of weeks and will post before and after pics. Good luck with the drive conversion.
