Default One engine down on RPM at wot

Just installed my motors in new boat. Borrowed some props from a buddy. Engines run in synch fine till about 5000rpm. Then the starboard engine will pull to 5500, while the port doesnt go over about 5100. The one thats low on rpm idles fine, sounds fine. No missing, bogging, or anything.

Im guessing a fuel supply problem? Tach issue? The props are in synch on his boat.

Boat was sitting for 3-4 years. Fuel tanks were about empty. Just pulled my fuel filters which were new prior to this weekend, and there was alot of crud in them. I have the fram HP canister style filters, so there was alot of crud sitting in the bottom of the filter housing.

Wonder if that could be the issue. I may pull the tank pickups and see what they look like.

I have 5/8" lines running from pickups to filters, then to 110GPH holley mech pumps. Then 8an line from pump to carb. I think im gonna pull the pickup and sending unit and see whats going on in there. I have a feeling its got some crud in the pickup tube...
