Default Old dried up fuel tanks

THis boat that I have bought has not moved in about a year and a half. I would think that most of the fuel evaporated out of the tanks, and left some deposits. Can I fill up with a good additive, or should I put 20 galons or so in each tnk and then drive it around so it can slosh and then dump that fuel?
