I installed one in a cruiser for a gal. It's a job and the marine ac isn't cheap.

those boats usually are not to bad..hardest part running the water line back to the engine room to install water pump, not much duct work involved as no multiple cabins...been doing marine a/c for over 20 years...dealer for mermaid..feel free to give me a call and discuss you boat...Rob 540-786-8111

Mermaid systems are great for performance boats. Can run the smaller units off of an inverter or 115v. Great product.
