Default Tilted Engine/Clearance

Is an engine suppossed to be installed flat or higher on one side? The right side of my engine is about 3/4 inch higher than the left. This is causing some issue with exhaust hook-up. I have a 454/bravo one set-up.

It should be level. Might need some slight tweaks to get the alignment perfect.

Last year I paid a shop to align when dropping in my engine. They did the lowering-in and alignment and I did everything else with getting it to run. I guess I should give them a call.

Tilted sounds like the transom assemblie might be off, thats what controls the tilt of the engine. The mounts on the inner transom should be level from port to starboard. JOHNSR
