The hull is the downfall of the boat not the deck or dashes ect.......Its one of the best looking vees made, it just doesnt run well fast. If the hull was really good the boat would be perfect!! Just my.02. Look forward to seeing the new upgrades!!

The hull is great as long as you use it for was it was made for:
to run efficiently on 500-600HP.

Heiko, on my third Slingshot

That is true but not many people today want to run that power and speed range but still really like the Slingshots. Many people buy a boat with stock power then over time upgrade the power to go faster without buying a new boat.

When a business works hard to unveil a new product just to be slagged on a message board by someone it has always bothered me.

No wonder most will not post things about their products.

If you dont have anything good to say might be an idea to keep it to yourself.

Looking forward to the new product always liked the look of Hustler Slingshots!

Fountain is just stating the facts about the boat, great boat until you hit 90+. I personally like the lines of the 388, just need to make the hull a little tougher.

Fixed, and I completely agree. I can't believe they would go to the hassle of redesigning the already nice top side, and at the least not redo the strakes (like guys have been doing on their own for years).
